Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Most trailer colours and variations are available in our warehouse. Accessories and spare parts typically ship faster (7–14 days on average), while trailers and larger items may take longer (up to 2–4 months). A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
At TrailStar, we proudly offer a 1-year parts warranty and a 5-year structural warranty on all our trailers.
If you experience any issues covered under our warranty, our dedicated support team is ready to assist you.
